Meta AI business assistant

Meta AI business assistant (formerly known as “Ads AI”) is a genAI-powered conversational chat agent on Ads Manager Desktop that can provide campaign optimization and account support. The agent is also able to connect advertisers with human support agents. As Content Design lead for this 0-1 product, I established a content strategy for a new AI product, including conversational standards, naming, and value props. I closely collaborated with cross-functional teams to understand the needs of each user segment, ensure legal compliance, and contribute to improvements in model quality.
